Cheap Rental Insurance

I am looking for inexpensive Landlord insurance for a Rental Property (2 Unit) in PA.

Any particular companies with reasonable premiums?

Thanks,

I have found Wolverine to be inexpensive, but not sure if they write outside of Michigan.

I wish the forum had polls, would love to run one on insurance. I have nationwide myself. Are they one of the more expensive ones?

By and large, hazard insurance premiums are regional. State Farm will have a different premium for my property in MD than it will for the same property in FL.

If you want to compare policy premiums among different companies, you have to get quotes from different companies that insure in PA.

Maybe you could try one of those clearinghouse referral sites such as HazardInsuranceQuotes.com

    1. I like Erie very much. http://erieinsurance.com/

    2. Go to http://www.ins.state.pa.us/ins/site/default.asp
to find insurers for state ++

Go to your insurer for personal (car, home) to ask first.
