Certficate Of Title

Can anyone give me some insight to buying at the foreclosure auction? I am buying in a county in FL that requires that I provide a Certificate of Sale and a Certificate of Title if I win the auction. Is this a standard form? Can you send me one?
Thanks!

While I know little or nothing about FLlaw, I do know that if you're the buyer at the auction, it's the trustee's job to get you the title to the property...NOT your job to provide the right forms.

    Jcarey:

Both the certificate of sale (w/ bid sheet) and the certificate of title are completed by the clerks office if you are the winning bidder. The certficate of sale is completed after you pay the proceeds of the sale. Assuming the sale itself isn't protested, the certficate of title will be issued 10 days later.

    Hope this helps. J
