Cash Back At Closing
I have been buying on a LOC and refi when the title clears. Its been working great. However, the fix up costs are not included in the refi. My lender states that he only looks at the purchase price for the refi. So if I bought a house for 100k and in the contract asked for 10k back at closing, my lender would only refi me for 90k and I still have 10k out www.there.I know this is done somehow or written someway in the contract so that I could refi for the full 100k. What I'm asking is how can I get cash back at closing for fix-up and have that money included in the refi. Thank you in advance.
