Case Study-Rental Properties
I own three rental properties and want to expand beyong this.....total equity stake is around $285K for all three. Although I don't want to sell any of them, what is the best approach for generating income for another purchase? I have been refinancing to pull money out, but how do I leverage this equity to generate a sizable bank loan for a "home improvement" or to purchase another rental property or even commercial property ?( I am trying to think big-in the words of oh mighty Trump) Suggestions are welome.........
