Carlton Sheets Vs Ron Legrand...

Being somewhat new, I am looking into course material and am considering CS's no money down course or RLG's material on lease option/ wholesale/ FSBO. (both courses are about the same price).
Anyone have any comments on these two guru's and/or their material?
