Canandaigua National Bank

Hi this is my first post. A friend of mine who is retiring and leaving upstate New York has been an investor for the past 40 yr. He did me a huge favor,he has a relationship with XXXXXXXXX,a bank V-P i guess somewhere in the REO or LM dept. He forwarded a list of 64 houses that are in foreclosure or pre-foreclosue owned by just one guy or his DBA. I wrote a letter to Mr XXXXX, get stuck in voice mail jail when I call, etc. To make matters worse, technically,I am not even supposed to be in possession of this information. I am too much of a newbie to figure out how to proceed on this

Since the properties are *NOT* yet bank owned REO then you need to contact the owner direct.
