Canadian Investment Group - How Buy Multiple Foreclosures

I had a Canadian investment group call me, which has 70 investors, and who have been purchasing HUD foreclosures in Michigan.

They've been using hard money to do this, but want better terms.

Does anyone know how this group, either as individuals (without greencards) or as a Corporation could purchase single homes or groups of homes under better terms?

I can't do them as individuals since they don't have a greencard, and since they're single-family homes I can't do the Canadian business as a commercial loan.

I'm stuck and looking for ideas, my friends.
