Canadain Sub2 ? Can Property Be Sub2 After Tax Auction But Still In Redemption Period?
hi this is dave from the great white north, ? is it possible to do a sub2 on a property that is between the time of tax sale and the redemption period. does the home owner still legally own the property or does the county now hold the title in escrow for the highest bidder? any reply would be appreciated
