Hi, this is my first post in this forum and just love it.
Does anyone have any idea if there is something similar in Canada? I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I arrived in Canada 3 years ago and I own 4 rental properties at this time.
Well I just wanted to intrduced myself, and again, if you know of something similar in Canada, it would be much appreciated.

At the moment I am just interested in doing investments in Winnipeg. From rental prop. to rehab, or even building something small. It depends on the opportunities.
I still have a lot to learn since I am just starting.
The nice thing about Winnipeg is that the properties are affordable, but at the moment the market is still crazy. By crazy I mean that houses in goog neighbourhoods that are posted for 120,000 were sold for 140,000 and sometimes for up to 40,000 higher than the asking price. And houses are being sold in one day. So it is hard to fin good opportunities, but they are there.
