Can you advertise withouta license?
Is it true to run an ad in the paper such as "Earn 12%. Secured by Real Estate. Call 555-3424," you must be a licensed in Securities? And if so, how do you word the ad if your not Licensed?
Hi Mitch. Are you looking for hard money lenders? They can usually be found without you having to advertise for them in the Real Estate Services area of your local paper. If that isn't where they are listed look for Money to Loan or Investment Money. Good luck. See ya on the boards. Brett

Thats a state specific question. Your state may very well have so called "blue sky laws" that would prevent you from doing that. Time to do a little homework...
