Can This Be Done And What Is The Next Step
I have a very motivated seller (mother that cosigned for daughter) daughter gets a divorce from husband that doesn't work or pay for house (mother says we will get any signature we need or she will break some arms ) 2 weeks away from sheriff sale (no redemption) owes 55k house might be worth 60k with 6k fixup. In Oklahoma the bidding must start at 2/3 of appraisal. These are desktop appraisals not an "real" appraisal 48K. I have not done a short sale and was wondering if this would qualify and what would the next step be besides getting signatures on some type of contract
