Can I Take A 2nd Mort On A Sub 2?
I own about eight sub 2 homes and have had two or three for about three years now.
Some have a good amount of equity in them.
Can I take a second mortgage or home equity loan on one of these homes if the deed is filed in my name?

I would like to know whether or not you used a Subject-To Course to gain the knowledge that led to your purchases of eight homes. If so, which course did you use?
Have you had a tough suddent surprise experience whereas a tenant stopped paying and you had to come up with a large payment each month? Or a destroyed house? Am thinking about doing this and wanted to learn some things.
