Can I Record The "Notice Of Application For Tax Deed" Remotely
Hi All,
I own 2 tax lien certificates in Oklahoma county from the 2001 sale. I started today filling the "Notice of Application for Tax Deed". The instructions for signing and dating say: "Don't sign or date until you turn in this form into the County Clerk's office". Does that mean that I have to be in Oklahoma city to record the "Notice of Application for Tax Deed" ?
I live in Maryland, over a 1,000 miles from Oklahoma. Is there a company that offers recording services ? Or is there any other way to record that notice without travelling to Oklahoma ?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Thanks j_owley and commercialking for the suggestions. I called the county clerk today, and she told me I can file the document by mailing it to her. I am not going to use a lawyer (as commercialking suggested), since I plan to file tens of applications for tax deeds this year, so I figured I need to learn the process .... if I screw up the first ones, well, I'll consider that to be the price of learning.
