Can I Get Out Of A Contract?
I'm currently in contact as the seller of a vacant piece of property. I'd like to back out of the contract. The buyer does'nt want out of the contract. What can I do.What legal recourse does the buyer have? Can anyone please advise me what my options are at this point.-

You should consult a real estate attorney in your state to advise you what your options are and the possible risks associated with those options. As I understand it (and not being an attorney), if the buyer is not willing to terminate the contract, then it comes down to the contingency provisions in the contract and the provisions, if any, relating to seller default.
