Do you have a Lease Option on the house or a straight Option? Either way, you should be able to exercise your right to buy at any time, should you find a Buyer who wishes to cash you out, although, normally you would find a T/B quicker, since you would cater to those with credit problems (and with a L/O you have payments to the Seller to take into consideration).
