Can I Claim Mortgage Interest On Rental!
Please help, I am new to REI and I have a few rentals now. Come tax time can I claim my mortgage interest on my rentals? All of it? Certain percentage?
Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
the last time i was in rentals you could deduct the mort. interest but you also had to claim the income but that was several years ago and the taxes change so often. you need to post this in the "tax/tax strategy" forum. you can get more replies there........kenmax
