Can Anyone Explain Me About WOTC?
Hey, I need a little help from you guys, I just want to know what is WOTC? How it helps and what is their importance for an employer? How can I take its benefits? If you guys have any information regarding this, please share it with me.

I see we never heard anything back on this- I heard an interesting predicament- An owner had a SFR in an area in which the zoning had been changed to commercial. He was grandfathered in as residential.
However when he wanted to sell, this was the predicament: as soon as he sold, the grandfathering would go away and the property would be considered commercial. A lender would not lend on the property since it was a house and the insurance company would no insure since, if the building burned down, it could not be rebuilt.
Result: the house had no value. It turned out a neighboring business bought it for parking and tore the house down- Best and highest use was a vacant lot!
Geez, these cities are nasty!
