Can anyone tell me why they want me to put my neck into a noose before I have a chance to look At the property in
paper form...?
What way is there around a Confidenality Agreement anyway and why does it even exist...don't people K N O W that this is personal business as it is in the purest form..?

Where did this Confidenality Agreement start anyway in History anyone know of any History and Where to read more on it...or where in the Business and professions Code may I be able to look for a way around this whole nonsense...

If I could understand your post I could respond. It's better to take a jog around the block burn off steam and then write down the details and questions clearly so we can help.
Being a fairly new newbie myself I know how frustrating it can be learning the ropes---it takes time---more time than I have even spent in these discussions.
I know how to get bent out of shape too--but I have learned to work thru that fast and get to the "How" or "why"

Hello Shayshay, if I read you right what you saying is this, you signed a proposal, and now you are being bombared with offers from other agencies. If this is the case, I can understand how you feel. I just take it is stride. I get so many preapproved credit card promotions that I just tear it up and round file them.
A lot companies sell your name on a list. The best that you can do to see if there is disclosure statement tell them not to send you any correspondence.
I have an even better idea to keep them off their lists. and a way around it.
But I only tell it to my cleints who I help for asset protection and land trusts (for better profit) It is an awesome way of controlling that and by a contract too.
