Can Anybody Help
I am not sure where to find cash buyers for SFR with about 15million in equity selling for 30million i have cash buyers but not at that level can anybody tell me where i can look any help would be great

Can you tell me a little more about this property without an NDNC? I do have buyers that meet this criteria.

You can try posting it in the Deals in Progress section where the rules are more liberal.
