Calls regarding mentoring program!
I'm new in real estate investing and get bombarded with calls offering mentoring or coaching program. I'm told anything from helping me find properties to buy to closing deals and to me, it's too good to be true. Can anyone tell me if this really works especially when someone offering this is not even familiar with the local real estate market? Want to your advice.

If sounds too good to be true, it is. Period.
I have too been called by those same type of people. I visited sights, got the downloads, etc.
"Hey, Clint, here is what we want. You need to go get 4 credit cards with a Ten Thousand dollar credit line per card, and call us back!"
-They will die before they hear me call them....
I have found more information, for free, on this site, and improved my knowledge here, just by reading, reading, reading...
