Calling On Ads
Does anyone ever call on the FSBOs or for rent ads in the Paper? If so how do you approach them to weed the serios ones from the rest? Does anyone have a Q/A they go through? We have tried this but we have not got the spill down yet. Just looking for Some scripts.

Yup. I call those people all the time. Free leads. Sometimes you'll end up getting a deal from it. With regards to asking for a specific script....I'm a little reluctant to give that out based on the amount of money I've paid for it. Maybe someone else doesn't feel this way and hopefully they will post their script. It's not terribly complex I can tell you that much. If you use your head a little bit I'm sure you can come up with something that is comparable.
