Calling from Japan....

I live in Japan, and am interested in RE investing. I want to be able to offer American RE to Japanese customers. What would be the best method of me doing this? I`m interested in forming a partnership with an experienced stateside investor.

In my studies I have found that Japan accounts for 26% of the American RE multi-billion dollar industry. I believe this will be an opportunity for a win-win relationship.

Do you have a target area where you plan to invest? The United States like Japan has a wide range of investment opportunities.

Farm land: Did you know that Arkansas has a farm that grows Nishiki Rice? The US has large tracts of farm land that could be use to grow products for the export market.

Forest land: Large tracts of forest land are available.

Office space: You can find quality office space producing positive cash flow.

Tourist properties: Hotels, Resorts, Casinos to theme parks.

Apartment complexes: You can find quality cash producing apartment complexes.

Also do you have a target area for investment?

    Hello!

Thank you for your reply. As far as a target group is concerned, no not at this time I don`t. I am a bit unexperienced in this feild. But as I stated earlier I am apt to learn. I know it is difficult for American businesses to penetrate the Japanese market, due to distance and expensive start up costs. For this reason I bring to the table a unique offer. I reside in Japan. My wife is Japanese and has been involved in corporate Japan for 10 years. We are in the process of establishing the head office of Eleets Enterprise International,Inc in Okinawa Japan. Okinawa is the Japanese equivilent of Hawaii, and is one of the historic Japanese sites for World War II.

Our corporation is searching for opportunites to provide American Real Estate to Japanese customers. We are also searching for experienced investors to serve as mentors, partners, and financial backers.

This is a goal we look forward to reaching. And we welcome any advise and support.

    Thank you,

I was home ported out of Yokosuka for three years. I visited Okinawa for 14 hours once. Flew in from the Philippines at 10PM and flew out to Tokyo at 12AM the next day. I missed my 6AM flight for some reason.

Please feel free to contact me if I can help you.
