I am in Cincinnati and would be interested in learning the trade of bird dogging. I've spent the last few months pouring over the MLS and driving around neighborhoods.
I've already located a few great opportunities, but am in the process of closing on my first home (October 1st) and don't know how/if I can take on more properties. However, I wouldn't mind passing on some of my 'finds' to an investor for some $$$. Plenty of money to be made in Cincinnati and N. Kentucky.
