Not a bad deal. Congrats to you and keep up the good work!
All of the material I have seen from Darius Barazandeh is specifically related to Texas. If you are going to be dealing in Texas properties for the most part, I would start with his material. Another course I would get is the Free and Clear from John Beck. His course is not that great as a how to step by step program. However, the material does describe the system in each state with a brief look at their laws, and it includes a CD with links to Internet sites of taxing authorities and sale related information sites. The CD alone is worth the less than thirty dollars he sells the course for. If your like me, you never get enough information. I suggest that when you finish a book just pick out a new one and keep reading.
I can’t speak on foreclosure sales. I’m talking about the county sales for back taxes. I can’t give a good recommendation for a foreclosure course to be honest. You know what you would benefit from Ron Starr’s advice in this area. He is a respected investor all over the net. You can email him at **Please See My Profile** and he will send you an INEXPENSIVE list of his products. You email him with what you want send him the money via pay pal and he emails you the products. He has one product “Is foreclosure investing for you” I WARN YOU HE GIVES YOU ADVICE AND ANSWERS QUESTIONS STRAIGHT UP NO CHASER
Good luck.
Thanks GQ. I will email him now.
Neither. The best course that I have seen so far (and I own several) is the www.TaxSaleList.com book.
