California Reality
I have read through this entire board looking for info on making money in the mobile home end of Real Estate and have some local concerns.....I keep seeing deals listed (or done by people on here) for incredibly low $$ and want to know how the numbers look in comparison to what people are seeing and doing in N CA. I am looking to get into land/mobile deals and am not really looking at the Mobile home park area yet.. M question is do people in CA get these great deals or is that not seen here? I am not seeing anything but junk at the low end (like 30-40yr old mobiles) and they are at least asking 12-15k retail.... I assumed the higher prices were because there just arent as many around these parts and it is CA where everything is more expensive,,,,,,,,,,,,I did come across a fixer 3-2 that was an 86 but decided it needed to much work ad I didnt know enough about the market to jump... (it also didnt fit into the zoning reqt. for the lot I wanted to put it on) same area a nice double wide owner wanted 40k and his was an 80 model..... these both included moving and setup of mobile hih was a good thing but the prices cared me.....because of what I have read here and on other forums.........any CA people doing deals......??
