Is this homeowners or landlord insurance? Big difference in my area between the two. Landlord policy is twice the cost of homeowners.
$350 to 400/yr. ballpark for a hazard insurance policy is typical for a $100K rental.
$450 with Nationwide for a $100-$120K rental.
