Calculate Discounted Cash Flow
Hi guys! How do you figure out the value of a series of cash payments? How do you calculate the present value of a series of payments say the 10th to the 20th payment out of a 180 term loan? Does this formula work for getting the value of payments on principal and interest? Thanks

Use a financial calculator, such as the HP 12C. You can get one for around $70 from Amazon.
