I certainly would not want to discourage anyone from becoming a creative real estate investor, however I have certain reservations about someone using paperwork that is not State Specific.
This is one of the ways to have your career stopped short by not compling with your State Statutes governing what the law says in your State regarding real estate transactions.
I would highly reccommend you check with your local county law library to see if they have this form. If you cannot afford at this time to have your paperwork reviewed by a Real EstateAttorney, you should put in the effort to find a State Specific Lease Option Contract that is accepted in your area.
Anybody have a copy of a "Buyer's Offer Contract Form" I can use tomorrow?
If somebody has a Lease Option Contract, please add it in to our Freebies area for other people to download as well.
