Buying & Selling Pre-construction Options
Is there anyone out there that has worked in the realm of purchasing & selling pre-construction options? I am considering this option of REI and would like any advice you can offer.
If the property is going to appriciate, then why not? if there is good enough profit potential, and can still be a deal to the buyer, go for it.
