Buying Question

I have found a house in my town that seems to be a good investment. My question is since that is not a realtor involved how do I start to buy it? I know the loan company will send me a packet in the mail with all the guild lines and what I need to send them but what else in regards to the titles company etc.

THanks for all your help!

In terms of paperwork you need to use a purchase agreement. You can have your lawyer draft one up for you if you don't know how or else get a form from the local realtors and use that.

As far as everything else--the bank will take care of a lot of it. Just go pursue your financing and they will walk you through it.

It is a good idea to pursue financing and get preapproved before you make your offer because that preapproval letter will look good to the seller.
