Buying Property In Phoenix
I am interested in purchasing some fixers in the phoenix area but am not familiar with that area. Can anyone advise me which areas are best and which areas to avoid? I have heard Maricopa county is good but am sure there are good and bad areas. Also how about a good realator?
Maricopa is a good area, only problem is finding the properties. Houses are going to a premium right now. I have 2 fixers right now for sale, and a 3rd and 4th in the next 7-10 days. Good areas are the east valley and parts of the west valley. Scottsdale and north phoenix are also something you might want to look into. Areas I would avoid is Downtown Phoenix and anything in south Phoenix. Good luck!.
