You must first have a meeting of the minds with the Seller... then the Seller must seek permission from the bankruptcy trustee/court to sell the property....
If the Sellers' bankruptcy is dismissed, or discharged, then the bankruptcy is no longer an issue.
Instead of a book... just sit with an attorney for 30 minutes, bring your list of questions.
