Buying Moldy Homes.......
I am considering buying moldy homes for cash at a discount, fixing the problem & then resell the home hopefully at a tidy profit.
Has anyone done this before?
Is there any advice/tips/hints you could give?
Do I have to disclose the mold problem upon reselling the home?

If someone has actually disclosed that there is mold whether the previous owner or a home inspector then you need to disclose. However you can disclose that you have remediated the problem and have had the air quality tested to state the issue was resolved. If it was mentioned that there "may" be mold but it has never been confirmed then I do not believe you need to disclose.
