Buying Lots?
Has anyone bought lots from a trailer park? What is the most someone has ever paid for just the lot? and what was the rent on this? Is it hard to find trailer parks that are willing to sell lots? Especially nice ones?

I don't think zoning allows you to break the lots, at least the ones I've looked at.
