Buying Land On Paper
Does anyone have experience with purchasing land on paper or subject to building and selling? Want to offer sellers more than they are asking if they are willing to let me pay them as I build and sell homes. If anyone has experience with these type of deals please advise.

People in CA have use building modular, in less desirable neighbhood and panelized or stick construction when people want a more custom house. Several of the suppliers had connections to lenders so the financing was pretty turn-key.
