Buying Homes At Sheriff Auctions And Financing
I am looking in to homes at sheriff auction and I interested in how to get them financed. I have money to put down. I am interested in what expericned people do in this situation. Where I do not have enough money to finance the whole purchase but some of it. Once ou win an auction the deed is not transferred for a few months so it is nearly impossible to get a conforming loan.
any suggestions???
