Buying First Home

Ok what should I do. I want to buy a home in the New Hamshire area but I have no clue about how to get a good deal. I work as a loan officer so getting the loan is simple I have that taken care of. But I would like toget the best deal as posible. At this time I would like to get a one family but should I go for the price that the sellers are asking for or should I look for other ways to get a good deal? Thanks for your help Domenic

    Dear Dominic,

I would suggest you talk to your friends and see if they can recommend a broker to represent you. Tell him what you want, expose to him your financial situation and cut him loose in the area you wish to live.

He will line them up and arrange showing and at the same time give you lots of do's and don't. He will on your behalf bargain,

These are the actions of a Good Broker, he can save you money and get you a deal and really search your area of choice.

His pay comes from spliting a commission with the listing Broker, so it is at no expense to you. Run him half to death.

    Cheers Lucius
