a tax lein is no big deal, when you go to purchase the title company will take care of everything, they will make sure it is paid off just like a mortgage.

I find your posts way too brief and thus unclear. What is it exactly you are trying to do? In some detail, please.

The homes that are in tax lien. I don't know how I can go about buying one off these homes. Do I just go to a realitor and ask him for the listing of the homes that are in tax lien?

    Hi Pitt Man,

In East Pennsylvania, tax delinquent properties are offered for sale by the sheriff at an "upset sale", and those not sold at the "upset sale" are offered for sale by the sheriff at a "judicial sale". Enter the following keywords in Google:
Pennsylvania upset judicial sale taxes Montgomery, and read most of the web sites that Google comes up with.

Most upset sales are held in September. Properties are sold subject to any existing liens. At the judicial sale, properties are sold free and clear of all liens.
