I am having lunch the other day with Omega whom you all remember. I am fighting to get a piece of lamb off the stick it came on. It popped off and landed in my lap.

It was at that instant something Omega said clicked a switch in my head and it was as if a great big light turned on.

What if I took the top two stories of this seven story building and turned them into super fancy Oh My God Lofts. Top of the top. Glassed in balconys. Special all night elevators to the parking levels. Full security of course. Would that be of interest.?

The next five stories would be offices and some of them full service in which attorneys just rent an office as the reception and all are complete with personal. Then on the ground floor a bank or investment house and a sort of indoor outdoor restaurant. Umbrellas spotted around etc etc. The building would be occupied 24 hours a day. Lights, Action, Living.

Would the area carry it? Would people really like to live in Encino? Sounds crazy but who knows. I will research it starting tomorrow.
