Buy A Property To Just Lease It At Higher Price
I was thinking on just making an offer at 20-40k cheaper to then lease the property to own. On making my noffer to realtors and owners and get a loan on it then to advertise it lease to own for 3 years and the buyer needs to come in with 4 payments plus closing cost. what do you guys think about that idea? now remember that prices in my area run aboput 400,000 to 700,000 for 2 family homes.
