Business Structure For Investing In Real Estate
I am wanting to know the best business company structure for investing in Real Estate with 3 partners. I have excellent credit with home equity in my home and my partners have money to invest but bad credit. What type of business structure would be good for the four of us, 2 with good credit and 2 with bad credit. :-o
well from the sound of it, you have equal advantages that you bring to the table....the 2 with the good credit, use your credit worthiness, and the 2 with the money, use their liquid....split it in quarters.....form an LLC with an attorney or a CPA with each of you holding 25 shares....
