Suppose someone had a Real Estate Investing Business Card and it has a slogan, "Making dreams come true."
Not knowing if the slogan is pattened, is it legal or illegal to have it on a business card?

any type of slogan would be copyrite not patton. You can do a copyrite search or wait for someone to complain then quit

Who's to say it's a slogan? Couldn't it possibly be your companies "motto" to make dreams come true? I don't think it should be that big of a concern.
I have a slogan (per say) that reads,
We make your dream home the home of your dreams. So you see, a movement of words make a big difference...
Don't sweat it.
