Vacation Homes
Would like to build luxury cottages as vacation homes in wooded secluded area within 30 minutes of Atlanta. Want advice how to provide return to investors when luxury cottages are built on land onwed by us. The vacation homes would be rented as part of the ongoing B&B and would be available to investors when requested. Investor would be responsible for mortgage and Inn would be respnsible for property management.

Are you the B&B? If not, and if you are not conveying title to the B&B to the property once the homes are built, would you be leasing the property to the B&B once the homes are built?
You indicated that the investors would be responsible for the mortgage. Do you mean the loans for site improvements and bricks & mortar?
