I am thinking of developing and selling 5 acre tracts in FL and I want to target out of Country buyers in Canada and Europe etc. Any ideas on best way to reach them?
Use Overture ENGLAND on your web site. I have been paying per click on Overture and getting wonderful results but limitied Interest overseas. I then discovered the British version of Overture. My hits from England have been fantastc ( I sell condos).
That said you have to understand you buyers. A British buyer is mostly looking for a holiday home that can be let by the week. It would then have to be in the right zoning to make this legal. They also want to be close to tourist attractions.
You will need to find a way to offer financing that they can get access to. They will not have credit scores. Find lenders who do not mind working with British buyers.
Remember that a foreign buyer wants a package deal as they can not just jump in the car and run down to the furniture store, etc.

You might try some trade sites. Alot of buyers/sellers use trade sites to warehouse good s and services. They might be helpful.

England is a better bet than Canada.
