Nice Lot, Bad House
I may be able to get, through a short sale, a moldy '40's house with a terrible floor plan- 0 value, but it's on a half-acre lot in a good neighborhood. What steps do I need to take to to get an idea of what it's worth and how long it would take to sell? Would realtor comps tell me much about the market for this type of property?
Do you plan on keeping the house or demo'ing it?
I want to flip to another investor who doesn't mind major rehab or building new.
