New Apartment Building Construction - Chicago
I am new to "new construction" area.
I have a empty lot in Chicago zoned as RT-4.
Can anyone tell me exactly where I can find "details" of what can be constructed on this piece of land.
My goal is to build, rent, and keep for long term.
The zoning dept. people in Chicago just refer you to their web site, but thier tables are not very detailed.
I want to make full use of this lot(put in as many apartments/levels as I can)... Also, any "checklists" you can refer me to for this type of construction will help as well.
