I find land and perform feasabilty studies to determine profitabilty. I will turn key on paper development conceptual designs if required to
see actual profit potentials. You can say I bird dog the area looking for any viable deal. I need investors to fund my endeavers. I have found some very profitable prospects and looking for the money to make it happen. Thanks for the help.
