Looking For Ltd Partnership Investors!!!
Looking for investors who are interested in partnering in new home construction. I work for a mortgage bank were I have access to a REO lot portfolio of waterfront lot properties and subd lots in the houston,tx area. I'm looking for investors to buy or finance the lots and I will do the rest. I have the ability to fund the interim construction loan, have the home built and market the home. Looking for serious investors to take down lots and look for a percentage split of the net profit from the sell.

Does the city have a good web site where we can see some picture of what the aria looks alike?
What are the homes in similar subdvision sells for?
How much are the builders in your aria charge per sqft?
How big lots are we talknig about?
What is the cost for those lots?
Would your bank finance the construction?
What is the bank name?
Do you have access or contact with person in charge of non performing assets?
