Investor Participation
I currently have a residential subdivision that I have become the exclusive builder and developer. It has been approved for 85 townhomes with the possibility to expand. I have 20 building lots that are ready for construction NOW! All infrastructure is in place. Preliminary drawings have been completed. I do not own the property but I have an agreement in writing from the owners. I need private investor funds to jumpstart this project which is located in the northeast area of Pennsylvania Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
