Building Rentals..
We found a lot for sale for a very reasonable price on the same street that we just purchased a rehab. We are considering buying it and then building on it sometime in the future. Anyone here have any experience with building houses with the intention of renting out???

Obviously, the best case scenario would be to build a duplex or bigger building on the site. The real question is how much that property will cost you. Would it be worth it to buy it and sit on it rather than using the cash as a down payment on an existing building?
